The ASTOPAD™ resistive, reusable patient warming system is safe and simple to operate. It helps prevent and treat hypothermia throughout the perioperative journey for all surgical patients. The ASTOPAD has two independently controlled connections enabling the patient to be warmed simultaneously.
The ASTOPAD™ resistive, reusable patient warming system is safe and simple to operate. It helps prevent and treat hypothermia throughout the perioperative journey for all surgical patients. The ASTOPAD has two independently controlled connections enabling the patient to be warmed simultaneously. Warming blankets can be placed over or underneath the patient. The temperature settings of the controller range from 32°C – 39°C and can be set individually in precise 0.5°C increments. All ASTOPAD blankets are made of Gentherm’s proprietary Carbotex® radiolucent heating technology. Each blanket is designed with eight sensors, enabling enhanced patient safety and precise temperature control.
