ProTube Transport

The ProTube Transport is a smart solution featuring a data logger and traceability tags compatible with commercial racks and transportation boxes, as well as a fast - laboratory check-in station to optimize sample accessioning closing the gap between the sample collection point and the laboratory. Its clever software digitally pairs specimens to a rack and its corresponding box, guaranteeing full sample transportation traceability and chain of custody through authorized transport courier identification. Moreover, the software automatically registers all samples arriving in the lab and checks whether transportation conditions were compliant with acceptability criteria to verify sample viability.

ProTube Analytix

ProTube Analytix is a powerful IT platform that aggregates real-time data from all connected devices and allows full process traceability. It offers customized reporting (graphs and KPIs) and Business Intelligence indicators, to understand how decisions effect outcomes. It tracks the full history of the samples (who, when and what) and traces every single event in the process. It displays relevant information and highlights actionable insights – for an overarching control of the Total Testing Process, including all the steps during collection, transportation and until reaching the lab.

Mobile Sample Collection & Traceability Solution
ProTube Mobile

ProTube Mobile is a portable version of Inpeco’s automated sample collection and traceability solution that assists phlebotomists in the right match of patient id, tests, and tubes – for unprecedented patient safety and full regulatory compliance during the blood draw. It consists of a smartphone and a compact printer designed to be used in remote drawing points, on clinical floors, and whenever blood collection is performed outside of the drawing center.
